 Melbourne Futsal Club has been established for 17 years in the West. Management has the experience and knowledge in operating the best competitions in Melbourne’s West, with the club victorious as Victorian Futsal Champions 3 years in a row with the inaugural Futsal Premier League.
 Futsal is a five-a-side game played on a basketball-sized pitch with a size four weighted ball.The emphasis is on improvisation, creativity and quick thinking. The game itself places considerable demand on technique, tactical awareness, movement and fitness. Futsal originated from South American countries in the 1930’s, in particular Brazil and Uruguay. A street version of game was developed in Brazil, Sao Paulo - leading to the publishing of the first rules of the game in 1936 transforming the nation to be masters of the world game.
